Return Policy

Terms of service on returns, refunds and exchanges include: No refunds will be accepted unless approved upon the discretion of Switch World Clothing due to possible production errors or order fulfillment errors such as defects, damage and wrong size fulfillment. For products that are received damaged, pictures are required are not limited to damaged and defected items but also wrong sizes sent and shipped by us (the supplier) and shipping company, note for orders that the customer has made and made mistakes with sizing of color choice shipping cost may be added to the customer in order to correct the order. We will do our very best to accommodate each and every issue, we will work with you and we need you to work with us so we can all have a satisfying experience each and every time!
